REGISTERING FOR A SPACE

We have a certain number of spaces available, so contact is important and the only way to secure a space. Please fill out the application form, and we will contact you.

Arrive as early as 8am (please arrive early to allow your set up before gate opens at 9am). You can prepay your space for upcoming weeks or the entire summer if you wish.

SPACE RENTAL RATES

The space size is 10 x 20 foot; your car can be with you.  The fee for a single space is $15 per day for 2025 season, and you may rent more than one space if preferred.

Vendor Rules:

  • Each vendor is responsible for policing their area for litter

  • Market is open rain or shine; please come prepared

  • Vendors will be met by owner and shown to a rental space

  • All vendors must register and sign in with Mike, Jane, or Denise before proceeding to their rental space

  • Direct Sales vendors are welcome; however, the Oakland Market will only allow one vendor per company, and this will be decided on a first come, first served basis

  • All vendors must be set up and ready to sell starting at 9AM; all vendors may start packing up at 12:00PM on the day of market and must be off field by 1PM

  • Oakland Market is not responsible for goods left on the property

  • Items prohibited to sell:

    • Pornographic material of any type

    • Guns

    • All Food and Beverage sales are strictly reserved for licensed Food Vendors, unless “Home Baked Goods” ruling (no refrigeration).

      Management reserves the explicit right to have any item which management deems inappropriate for any reason, to be removed.

    Note to Vendors:
    We will require as host of the “Oakland Market” your Seller Permit # or your Exemption Code.

  • Oakland Market is not liable for any injury, theft, or damage to either the buyer or seller, or their property, arising out of or pertaining to preparation for or participation in the event whether such injury, theft, or damage occurs prior, during, or after the event. Vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold Stars and Seeds Farm and Oakland Market harmless for and against any claims for such injury, theft, or damage.

  • Oakland Market will periodically take pictures of participants in the market. Please be aware that these photos may be used for marketing purposes on the Stars and Seeds Farm website page, Oakland Market Facebook page, or other advertising. If you, your family members, or your employees do not wish to be photographed or published, you must give us written notice prior to event.
